So how do you get started?

1. Decide on the type of website that you need and what you want it do do.

2. Find out what products and/or services you need to achieve this – you can do this by either browsing our website or simply contacting us to discuss your requirements or requesting a quote

3. Choose a Domain Name (Web Address) – eg. www.yourbusiness.com.au. You need to make sure that the name you choose is not already been registered as well. You can check domain name availability at http:/domains.onlinevisions.com.au

4. Write down any preferences you have to colours, styles, layout etc. you want used on your website. Most of our websites are custom designed so you have control over what your website will look like. If you are purchasing a template designed based package, decide from the many templates we provide.

5. Gather any photos you want to use on your website. If you don’t have any photos ask your Online Visions Representative about using royalty-free stock photos. There are thousands of photos available and are only $2 each (+ GST).

6. Draw a site map to work out how many pages your website needs to have

7. Write the content for the pages on your website – we can assist you here as well – ask your Online Visions representative for our Free E-Book “Top 20 Tips for writing website content”. Alternatively we can write the content for you – if you require this please mention it at the time of making your enquiry, we will need to know approximately how many pages need to be written.
