VISION-ORDER FORM
Standard Order Form consisting of list of products & one attribute (eg. Model number), shipping options & payment options.

Details are processed to your email address or a database and accessed via an online administration area.

Your customer is sent a confirmation email that their order has been received with any payment information required (eg. Bank account number for direct bank transfers or the address to send a cheque to).

Payments can be processed via an Online Payment Gateway, Paypal or manually.



VISION-ORDER SYSTEM
Product order form as above but system includes customer registration, login and accounts - i.e customers would create an account on their first visit to order something, then on subsequent visits they can just log in with their username & password & process their order.

This type of system is an easy way to keep track of your customers, and as their details are stored in a database & the information can easily be integrated in the future for things like permission-based email list to advertise new products, specials etc.
