FAQ
Is SiteBreeze installed on my web server?
No, SiteBreeze connects to your website via FTP, and you access SiteBreeze by logging into the SiteBreeze website. When you first log-in you'll have to enter your FTP information (if you are unsure of what this is please ask your web hosting provider) - if your website is hosted with Online Visions then this information will be entered for you when we set up your SiteBreeze account.
Do I need to install any software on my computer?
No, SiteBreeze is completely online based - so all you will need is a computer, internet connection and an internet broser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Can I create my own templates for use with SiteBreeze?
No, but you can provide the design you want to use and we can install it into SiteBreeze for you - there would be an integration charge for this but it would be cheaper than having a custom designed template.
Can I use SiteBreeze to edit my existing website?
Yes as long as your website is HTML based - and not built with any server technologies such as PHP, ASP etc. If you are unsure please just submit an enquiry letting us know your web address and we'll be able to tell you.
